I am the only Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) in the state of South Dakota and Iowa. In the state of Minnesota, there are 3 CMPS’s in addition to myself. As a CMPS, we have taken additional training and are required to pass a test in order to receive this designation. As a CMPS, I have a desire to be the best that I can be so that I can provide you with better information. We also believe that it is important to point out tax strategies and financial planning strategies to better help you with your overall financial plan.
Does it cost more to work with a Certified Mortgage Planner?
There are no additional costs to working with a Certified Mortgage Planner. Just better advice.
What else can a CMPS do?
As a CMPS and a state-certified instructor, I am able to teach continuing education courses to Realtors and Financial Planners in South Dakota. I host several training sessions a year and enjoy having the opportunity to train others.
